Welcome to Impact Gold Florida -

The Impact Gold Organization was started in 1980’s by Dave Hayden and Stoney Burke to provide a place for young softball players to learn, grow, and excel. Throughout the years and with the help of some amazing coaches TX Impact Gold became the one of the Top Club Ball Teams in the Nation.

In the fall of 2007, KC Jackson became the head coach of TX Impact Gold and through the next ten years this one team evolved to become one of the largest and most premier softball organizations in the nation.  Impact Gold Florida is proud to be a part of this amazing network of players, coaches, and mentors and the life-long benefit of this great organization.

IG teams are currently located in Arizona, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We strive to grow the game and help empower young women to become not only their best on the field but in life.
